TaqtOne devices set up for time and attendance tracking allow you to track and monitor staff clock-ins and outs using buttons and NFC tags.
This paperless solution improves transparency, streamlines workforce management, and gives easy access to reliable and powerful data.

✅ 1. Using the device

Staff members register their attendance by:

  1. Pressing either the "In" or "Out" button

  2. Then scanning their NFC tag on the reader

The screen immediately refreshes and displays the current date and time of the check-in.

To ensure service compliance and detect missing services, configure real-time alerts.

Trigger examples:

  • Salary not present on site

  • Salary missed a time slot (late or forgotten check-in)

  • Unscheduled check-in (staff working out of the scheduled hours)

  • Send an email or SMS to the appropriate person or team
