Attendance tracking with TaqtOne Trace: Simple and Contactless

Attendance Management with TaqtOne Trace

📋 Learn more about TaqtOne Trace (simple traceability – TaqtOne with no button)

The TaqtOne Trace is the most standard model in the TaqtOne range.
With no physical buttons, it offers digital traceability of check-ins in a simple and contactless way.
It is ideal for locations where only proof of attendance is required, such as restrooms, reception areas, or cleaning corridors in buildings or public facilities.

✅ 1. Using the device

🎯 Purpose: Log staff check-ins

Staff members use their NFC tag to signal their presence.
No visible or active button is present on the device.

🔄 How it works:

  1. The salary taps the NFC trigger button on the left-hand corner of the device

  2. Then places the NFC tag on the tag symbol area

  3. The screen refreshes and displays the current date and time

  4. The last six check-ins are displayed on-screen for transparency

🚨 4. Alerts: Monitor check-ins and missing check-ins

You can set up some alerts to react to low activity or missed check-ins.

Possible Scenarios:

  • Low attendance frequency: no check-ins recorded during the day or on a specific date

  • No check-in during a scheduled time slot

  • Weekly reports summarizing site activity

Available Actions:

  • Send a notification by email or SMS

  • Automatically generate a new service that will close once the staff check the TaqtOne
