How to use custom views to improve data analysis
ποΈβπ¨οΈ Use custom views for smarter data tracking and analysis
The Taqt dashboard continuously collects valuable data, including staff checks, service requests, satisfaction scores, device status, and so on.
To make the most of this information, itβs essential to create custom views and advanced filters available in each menu.
This allows to analyze data with greater precision, responsiveness, and relevance in the monitoring and reporting.
β
Why create custom views?
Analyzing data with targeted views helps :
Focus on a specific site, time period, or category of events
Save time on recurring analyses
Quickly identify anomalies (missed cleaning, spikes in requests, drops in satisfaction)
Create targeted reports or set up alerts for specific areas
1. Data
Data offers the most detailed filtering options. You can filter by:
Event type β services, clock in or out, button presses, satisfaction, etc
Project / Location / Device IDβ focus on a geographic area or site
Time period β select specific dates
NFC tag (Staff) β track work of a specific member of your staff.
Signal strength / Battery level β check the health of your devices.

Tip: Click the funnel icon at the top of each column to apply a targeted filter.
2. Tasks
Use filters to:
Display specific locations or projects
Focus on a particular type of tasks
Switch between monthly and weekly views

This is especially useful for checking schedule attendance and comparing completed VS missed tasks.
3. Reports
When creating a report:
Select the locations to include
Choose event types (tasks, services, satisfaction, etc.)
Adjust the date view with the available options

Once set up, the view can be saved for regular use and for automatic email delivery (daily, weekly, or monthly).
π‘ Best Practices
Create views for specific sites or geographic areas if you manage multiple projects.
Name your NFC tags to easily filter by staff members.
Use filtered views as a basis for reports or Excel exports.
Combine filtered views with scheduled alerts to enhance and simplify your monitoring.
