Collecting user feedback with TaqtOne Smile

😊 Learn how the TaqtOne Smile device helps you capture real-time user satisfaction
TaqtOne Smiley devices are designed to collect simple and effective user feedback on a service or space. With their intuitive smiley button interface, they allow users to submit satisfaction votes instantly. These votes are visible in a short time on the portal app.taqt.com.

βœ… 1. Using the TaqtOne Smiley device

The device includes 3 smiley buttons:

  • 😊 Satisfied

  • 😐 Neutral

  • 😞 Dissatisfied

Users can press a button at any point during their visit.

In parallel, the screen displays the latest staff check-ins, providing transparency on service frequency.

Touchless mode

The three buttons work in "no-touch" mode, activated at a distance of about 2 cm.
A blinking LED confirms that the vote has been registered.
