⏳ How long are data stored on the Taqt dashboard?

All data collected by your devices (checks, tasks, service requests satisfaction scores, etc.) are stored indefinitely on the dashboard, as long as your customer account remains active.

🧠 What does this mean in practice?

  • You can access the full history of your activity at any time, even years after the installation.

  • You are still able to research, filter and export all data directly from each section.

  • ✅ No automatic data deletion is applied, all historical data is preserved.


📤 How to use archived data ?

1. In the Data menu

  • Filter by period, event type, location, or project.

  • Export available in Excel format.

  • Data includes: clock ins and outs, smileys, requests, battery levels, signal strength, and more.

2. In the Tasks menu

  • Access a complete history of tasks, even from years ago.

  • Easily compare performance and attendance across months or years.

  • Perfect for retrospective reporting or quality audits.

3. In the Reports menu

  • Generate detailed reports with precise filters (by locations, button type, services, etc.).

  • Apply filters to compare data: daily, monthly, or yearly.
