How to Export Data from Your TaqtOne Devices

How to export Data from your TaqtOne Devices ?

Learn how to export and analyze the data collected by your TaqtOne devices using the Taqt application: discover in which menus, how to use filters, where and how to export, and all key information to help you monitor staff and device status.

Where can you export data from?

The Taqt dashboard allows you to export data from several menus:

  • Data: for devices events (votes, cleanings, check-ins/outs, and so on)

  • Tasks: for staff activity

  • Devices: for device inventory and status

This feature enables you to access:

  • Workers clock in/out

  • Service requests

  • Smiley feedback

  • Events collected during a given period (or from a specific TaqtOne)

  • Services realized by a specific worker (using NFC)

  • The general status of your TaqtOne devices

1. Data Section

The Data module gathers all the information sent by your devices (feedback, services, NFC tags, etc.).

To make better your search, use the filters available in each column — such as:

  • Event type

  • Projects

  • Occurrence

  • Location

  • Device name

  • NFC tags ID/labels

Once your filters are applied, click Export (top-right corner) to download an Excel file containing only the selected data.

IdeaTo export all data, clear all filters before exporting.

Exported data includes:

  • Device ID, location, and hierarchy

  • Type of recorded event (e.g., number of votes for satisfaction devices)

  • Event date and time

  • Worker name or NFC ID

  • Signal strength and battery level

2. Tasks Section

The Tasks module allows you to view your staff activity across your locations.

You can choose between:

  • Weekly view

  • Monthly view

How to export:

  1. Select the view you prefer.

  2. Expand the locations tree by clicking the + to display the relevant data.

  3. Click Export (top-right corner) to generate the Excel file.

WarningIf you do not expand all locations, the export will include only visible ones. Expand the tree view fully to get complete data.

Exported data includes:

  • Type of task

  • Worker check-in and/or check-out hours

  • Whether the task was scheduled, completed, or not

  • Duration of the service (for In/Out devices)

  • Worker name or NFC ID

3. Devices Section

The Devices section gather all the devices set across your sites.

You can filter the list by:

  • Project

  • Location

  • MAC address

  • Device status

Click Export (top-right corner) to download an Excel file based on your filtered selection.

Exported data includes:

  • Device ID (serial number or MAC address)

  • Location and locations structure

  • Status of the device

  • Battery level

  • Signal strength
