How to share Taqt reports with team and clients

How to share a report with your team, client or others ?

📤 Sharing a report with colleagues, clients and others

Whether you need to inform a client, monitor a contractor or collaborate with a team, Taqt makes it easy to share reports generated from the portal. You can choose to share them either on an ad-hoc basis or automatically on a recurring schedule.

🧾 1. Automatic report by Email

From the Reports menu, you can set up automatic report to one or multiple email addresses.

🔹 Steps to follow:

  • Go to Reports

  • Generate a report and click on "Save the filters and set up an automatic report"

  • Set:

    • Report title

    • Delivery frequency: daily, weekly or monthly

    • Recipients: add as many email addresses as you want 

  • Click Save.


🔗 2. Sharing a report by export

If you don't want to schedule regular delivery, you can manually export a report.

🔹 Method:

  • Access your report in Reports

  • Generate a report and apply filters (view, locations, events, etc.)

  • Click “Export” in the upper left corner.

  • Send the generated file by email using your regular email client.

💡 Ideal for a one-time send or a client meeting.


👁️ 3. Providing direct access via a “Reader” account

If the person you wish to share data with needs regular access, you can create a “Reader” user account for them.

🔹 Advantages:

  • Read-only access (no modifications allowed).

  • Access restricted to the relevant locations or projects.

  • Real-time data reading directly from the portal.

🔹 How to Create:

  • Go to Users & Teams

  • Click “Add a User”.

  • Choose the “Reader” status.

  • Define the accessible locations/projects.

  • Enter the email address and send the invitation
