Definition:
The TaqtOne is correctly installed, fully operational, and actively communicating with the portal. It has been recently used (checks, button press, etc.).
Typical situations:
Staff have used the device within the last 48 hours
Data appears properly on the portal
Good to know:
This is the ideal status. ✅ No action is needed.
Definition:
The device is connected to the network but has shown no activity for more than 48 hours.
Common causes:
Site is infrequently visited (e.g., once a week/month)
Temporary staff absence or team changes
Salary forgot to tag
What to do:
Check onsite if the device is still in use
If not, consider repositioning it or reminding staff to use it
Definition:
The device is no longer communicating with the portal.
Possible causes:
Low or nNo more battery (AA batteries)
Poor network signal (e.g., technical room, basement)
Vandalism or physical damage
The device was never installed
Troubleshooting steps:
Check network coverage at the site
Restart the device using the magnet
Verify battery level and replace with Energizer Ultimate Lithium AA batteries if needed

After installation, test the device using an NFC tag or press a button to help it transition to "Connected"
