Where and how to view tasks and services history ?

You can access this data through the Tasks and Data menus on the Taqt dashboard.

🧭 1. Tasks – Calendar-Based view

This menu provides a clear visual overview of both scheduled and unscheduled services.

What you can do:

  • View check-in and check-out times for each staff member

  • Confirm if scheduled tasks were completed or missed

  • Track the number of visits over a specific period

  • Plan or adjust upcoming services

  • Export data to Excel

Key Features:

  • Weekly or monthly view with filters by location or project

  • Color-coded indicators to distinguish completed or missed services

  • NFC tag ID or label displayed (if configured)

    • Location

    • Date or time period

    • Project

  • Export filtered data to Excel
