Where and how to view tasks and services history ?

You can access this data through the Tasks and Data menus on the Taqt dashboard.

This menu provides a clear visual overview of both scheduled and unscheduled services.
What you can do:

View check-in and check-out times for each staff member

Confirm if scheduled tasks were completed or missed

Track the number of visits over a specific period

Plan or adjust upcoming services

Export data to Excel

This menu provides access to all raw events collected by your Taqt devices, including tasks, button presses, smiley votes, and more.
