How to Schedule Services and Recurring ones on Taqt

How to schedule Staff services on the Taqt dashboard ?

Schedule and manage staff or contractor services (daily, weekly, or monthly) using the Tasks menu on Taqt to optimize your scheduling.

Why Schedule Services?

When your staff performs regular tasks on a site (daily, weekly, monthly, etc.), scheduling their visits in advance allows you to:

  • Set up notifications in case of absence or delay

  • Easily view the status of upcoming or completed services

How to Schedule a Service ?

  1. Log in to the Tasks module.

  2. Click on “Schedule Task”.

  3. Fill in at least the required fields (marked with an asterisk). Other fields are optional.

Start and End Dates

The start and end dates define the first time slot to be scheduled.

Example: If you want a time slot on Wednesday, April 2, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, set:

  • Start Date: 04/02/2025 09:00

  • End Date: 04/02/2025 12:00

Recurrence Options

The dashboard offers several recurrence modes:

  • Daily: repeats the time slot every day at the same time

  • Weekly: repeats it weekly on the same day and time

  • Monthly: repeats it monthly on the same calendar date

  • Yearly: repeats it yearly on the same calendar date

  • Select weekdays: repeats it every week on the selected days

  • Every month on the nth weekday: repeats the slot each month on the first, second, etc., occurrence of a selected day

Example: A time slot set on the first Thursday of the month will repeat on the first Thursday of every month.

Finalize and Verify

Click “Save”. The calendar will now display all scheduled services.

Double-check that the time slots match your expectations (dates, times, recurrence patterns, etc.).
