How to be sure a service has been completed using Taqt

How to be sure a service has been completed ?

βœ… Easily verify whether a service has been completed, whether scheduled (within a scheduled time slot) or unscheduled (on-site check-in or following a service request).
The Taqt portal offers two key menus to track service activity: Tasks and Data.

πŸ—“οΈ 1. Tasks

This menu displays all services, both scheduled and unscheduled, in a visual calendar format.

πŸ”Ή Scheduled services

These appear as colored time slots in the weekly or monthly views.

Color code:

  • 🟩 Green: service completed on time

  • 🟧 Orange: service not completed

  • 🟦 Blue: service in progress

Hover over a time slot to view:

  • Detected staff check-ins (NFC tags)

  • Exact times

  • Staff name or labzl (if the tag has been assigned)

πŸ”Ή Unscheduled services

Displayed as gray icons with a blue bubble on the calendar.
These represent services performed outside any scheduled plan.

Click the icon to see event details: date, time, NFC, etc.

βœ… This dual display offers a complete overview of both scheduled and spontaneous field activity.

πŸ“Š 2. Data

The Data menu lists all events collected by the devices, including:

  • Check-ins linked to scheduled services

  • Unscheduled check-ins

  • Button presses, smiley feedback, alerts, etc.

πŸ“Œ Key Features

Advanced filters by:

  • Date or period

  • Event type

  • Location or project

  • Staff (if assigned NFC tag)

Each column includes a funnel icon to refine searches.
