Lucca Connector: Employee management in Ubiqod
The Ubiqod connector for Lucca allows you to link a badge (which has a unique identifier) or a personal code (called a PIN code on the platform) to an employee in Lucca. Badges are used with clocking terminals such as TaqtOne or Clock S, and PIN codes are used with QR code-based systems.
This page guides you on how to manage the link between Ubiqod and Lucca, ensuring that clock-ins reported by Ubiqod are associated with the correct person in Lucca.
Creating a list
To manage a list of employees and assign them a badge or a PIN code, you must create a
badge list or a
PIN code list.
The Taqt team may have already created this list for you during setup. If you already have a list, you can skip to the next step.
Case 1: Badge list (TaqtOne, Clock S...)
In the Interfaces menu, go to the IoT Interfaces tab, then select Badge lists:
Click + CREATE to add a list.
Case 2: PIN code list (QR codes, Ubiqod Key...)
In the Interfaces menu, go to the QR code forms tab, then select PIN code lists:

Click + CREATE to add a list.
Adding or removing employees from the list
Once your list is created, add your employees to this list using the + BADGE or + PIN CODE button, depending on your case:
You can also remove a badge or a code.
In all cases, remember to validate your changes by clicking the update / save button at the bottom right.
Associating the list with the clocking interface
The Taqt team may have already associated this list with the correct interface during setup. If the list is already associated with the clocking interface, you can skip to the next step.
Once your list is created, you must associate it with the interface being used (for example, the QR code form).
To do this, go to the advanced options of your interface and select the list of your choice:
Associating employees with list members in the Lucca connector
