Introduction to Ubiqod – Connect Field Operations to Your Software

What is Ubiqod?

Welcome to Ubiqod – the new way to connect your field staff to your IT systems.

Welcome to the Ubiqod Platform

Ubiqod provides a simple and efficient way to collect data from the field and integrate it with your preferred software, whether it's a Human Resources Information System (HRIS), Facility Management software, or even Excel.

Collected data can be used for multiple purposes:

  • Tracking time

  • Monitoring task completion

  • Ensuring asset traceability

  • Creating feedback surveys using QR codes

Collect data using trackers

Ubiqod can manage three types of trackers:

  • Standard QR codes (QODs): created and printed directly from your interface

  • Connected devices (IoT): compatible with several Taqt hardware products

  • Rotating QR code (Ubiqod Key): a patented solution enabling dynamic codes

These trackers allow interactions such as scanning or pressing a button, which trigger data collection events.

Organize trackers into sites (optional)

Trackers can optionally be linked to geolocated sites, allowing comparisons between user location and predefined areas.

Using site management is optional and can be handled by your own system if preferred.

Create ready-to-use interfaces or redirect users to your system

When a QR code is scanned—either printed or displayed on a device screen—the user is redirected to a web page. This page can be:

  • Managed by you directly

  • Built with Ubiqod’s integrated interface editor

Interfaces are also used to associate actions to IoT devices.

Send collected data to your tools

When a user submits data, it can be forwarded to almost any third-party system using dispatch, including:

  • Google Sheets

  • Microsoft Excel

  • Any software supporting webhooks or tools like Make.com

This allows seamless integration into your digital ecosystem.
