How to Automatically Receive Daily, Weekly or Monthly Reports by Email on Taqt

How to save and automatically receive Taqt Reports ?

Learn how to save your report filters and activate their automatic email delivery directly from the Taqt dashboard, for an optimized data monitoring experience.

Save a Report

After configuring and running your report, click on "Save my filters and configure my automatic reports".

Name your filter, fill in the necessary fields, then click "Save" to confirm.

Access Your Saved Reports

In the Reports menu, click on "View your filters" to display your saved reports.

Select the desired report and click "Run the report" to generate it.

Set Up Automatic Report Delivery

Once your filters are saved, enable the "Enable automatic delivery" option.

Then:

  • Choose the delivery frequency (e.g., daily, weekly or monthly)

  • Select the days of the week to be included in the report

  • Enter the email addresses of the recipients

Click "Save" to activate the automated report delivery.
