🔑 Granting user access to a client
It is entirely possible to grant a client access to the Taqt portal!
Taqt offers a flexible user management system, enabling to easily share specific data with end clients while maintaining precise control over access scope.
âś… 1. When is it useful to grant client access?
Giving a client access can be beneficial in several scenarios:

Allowing the client to track real-time services performed on their site.

Providing complete transparency on user satisfaction levels (with TaqtSmile).

Letting the client monitor reported issues and their resolution (with TaqtAction).

Enabling the client to track activity and service frequency through accessible reports.
🛠️ 2. How to grant access to a client?
Here’s how to invite a client to the dashboard:

Log in to app.taqt.com.

Go to the “Users & Teams” menu.

Click “Add a User”

Select who you want to invite:

Provide:

Define the access scope:
-
Precisely select the projects, positions, or teams the client can access.

The client will only see data linked to the assigned scope.

Click Send the Invitation.

The client will receive an email to set their password and access their account.

With Customer status access, your client can:

View data related to Tasks, Data, Service Request and Reports within their scope.

See events such as checks-in and out, service request and satisfaction votes.
-
Download generated reports for their sites
⚠️ Clients cannot create or modify devices, locations, alerts or users.
