The
trackers available on the Ubiqod platform can be purchased as subscriptions or credits. You can monitor your credit balance and top up your account at any time within the platform.
Monitor your credit level
To track your credit usage, view your transaction history, and receive email alerts when your balance drops below a certain threshold, go to Account Settings, then the Usage tab:

How are credits deducted?
For QR codes, you can choose between:
- Daily deduction: 1 credit per day for every batch of 50 interactions
- Per-scan deduction: 1 credit per successful scan

What happens when there are no credits left?
When your credit balance is depleted, it is no longer possible to submit QR code forms, and any data sent through connected devices will no longer be processed or stored.
