Measure Customer Satisfaction with QR Codes | Ubiqod Guide

Measure customer satisfaction with QR codes

Ubiqod allows you to set up a simple and effective system to measure customer satisfaction using QR codes. Whether you manage a single location or multiple sites, you can monitor service quality and customer experience in real time.

Create a satisfaction form

Create a feedback form for QR codes
  1. Go to the interface menu

  2. Open the QR Code Forms tab

  3. Click Create

  4. Select Customer satisfaction, then Feedback

By default, the interface allows users (customers, employees, or visitors) to leave a rating from 1 to 5 stars.

Customize feedback collection

Customize feedback form for QR codes

You can enhance your form with the following options:

  • Add a comment field to explain the rating with an optional email field

  • Redirect users to a specific page (e.g. a public review request for satisfied customers)

Advanced options

Advanced settings allow you to enable:

These features require user consent. Only enable them when necessary.

Tip: If you need a more advanced form (multiple questions, conditional logic), use an interface redirecting to a third-party form tool.

Centralize and use your data

By default, each new response triggers a notification email.

You can:

  • Disable this notification in your account settings

  • Send your data to external tools via a dispatch (e.g. Google Sheets)

Create your measurement points with QR codes

Once your form is ready, create as many QR codes as needed to cover your different touchpoints.

Go to the trackers menu to:

  • Import a list of measurement points via CSV

  • Create QR codes manually

  • Duplicate a tracker in bulk with different labels

You can also organize your trackers by site for better visibility.

Best practices

  • Place your QR codes in strategic locations (checkout, exit, waiting areas)

  • Regularly review feedback to identify improvement opportunities

  • Segment your trackers to compare performance across locations or teams

Outcome

In just a few minutes, you can deploy an effective feedback system that allows you to:

  • Continuously measure customer satisfaction

  • React quickly to issues

  • Highlight positive feedback
