Use Zapier App for Ubiqod to Connect Third-Party Software
Zapier is a fantastic tool for integrating various software applications seamlessly. Without writing a single line of code, you can create powerful apps, from monday.com to gmail or Microsoft PowerBI.
With the Ubiqod App for Zapier, connecting your TaqtOne, secure QR codes or standard QR codes to any of the thousands of applications available on Zapier has never been easier. This tutorial explains how to configure this connection.
Prerequisites
In order to follow this tutorial, you must:
- Create or own a Zapier account
- Create or own a Ubiqod account
If you are not familiar with Zapier, you can follow this video course for beginners.
Configuring Zapier to receive data from Ubiqod in real-time
Create a new Zap and select the trigger “Receive Data From Trackers” from the “Ubiqod by Taqt” App (you can also use a webhook if you prefer):
Know create a connection with your Ubiqod Account:
You can find your Ubiqod Account’s API Key in the Account section of your Ubiqod interface.
Unhide the existing key or create a new one and copy/paste it to Make. Press Connect, and select your newly connected account:
Load a set of data, and add an action (here we choose the email action from Zapier):
Configure your action using the available Ubiqod fields (You can use any field to trigger actions. The list of available field is available here):
Your Zap is ready! You can test it using QR codes from instance (you will need to link your tracker with the Zapier dispatch we just created).
Use the Zapier App to manage your Ubiqod account
The Zapier App for Ubiqod can achieve much more than receiving data from TaqtOne, SafeQod or QR codes. You can use it to create QR codes, check the state of a tracker, or change the interface associated with a tracker.
