Available Data and Fields in The Ubiqod Connectors

Some connectors allow you to select which data will be sent and to which location. For example, the Google Sheets connector enables assigning each column to a specific data field.

Available Fields (Alphabetical Order)

Account Name

Content: The name of the account to which the tracker belongs.

Badge Swiped?

Value: 1 if a badge was swiped simultaneously with the action (or if a badge was swiped without any action). Otherwise, the value is 0.

Code Label

Content: The label of the code entered by the user. For example, the name associated with a badge or a PIN code.

Code Reference

Content: The raw code as entered by the user, whether through manual entry or a badge swipe.

Code Valid?

Value: 1 if the PIN code (manual entry or QR code, BLE, or RFID badge) matches a valid value present in the list of PIN codes or badges associated with the tracker interface. Otherwise, the value is 0.

Customer Email

Content: If provided in the site settings, this field contains the email of the client associated with the site.

Customer Phone Number

Content: If provided in the site settings, this field contains the phone number of the client associated with the site.

Data Label

Content: The label of the data entered by the user. For example, the label of the button pressed by the user.

Data Reference

Content: Configured in the interface, this numerical value identifies a piece of data independently of the label presented to the user.

Feedback Email

Content: For feedback-type interfaces, this field contains the user's email address if provided.

Feedback Message

Content: For a feedback-type tracker, this field contains any comments made by the user.

Feedback Rate

Content: For a feedback-type tracker, this field contains the overall satisfaction rating left by the user.

Interface Type

Possible Values: "BUTTON_SINGLE", "BUTTON_MULTIPLE", "DIGIT", "FEEDBACK", "SMILIO_A", "SMILIO_S", "SMILIO_E", "CLOCK_ST", "CLOCK_R", "CLOCK_S".

Manager Email

Content: If provided in the site settings, this field contains the email of the manager associated with the site.

Manager Phone Number

Content: If provided in the site settings, this field contains the phone number of the manager associated with the site.

On Site?

Value: 1 if the user is located within the defined perimeter of a site. Otherwise, the value is 0.

Photo Data

Content: If the user takes a photo (e.g., to illustrate an incident), this field contains the photo in JPEG format, encoded in Base64.

Value: 1 if the PIN code (manual entry or QR code badge) was sent from a cookie stored on the user's smartphone. This occurs when the "remember the code" function is activated in the interface, and the user did not need to re-enter their code or re-present their QR code badge. Otherwise, the value is 0.

Scan Token?

Value: 1 if the user scanned an Ubiqod Key and the QR code is validated. Otherwise, the value is 0.

Site ID

Content: The unique identifier of a site, assigned by Ubiqod during site creation and cannot be modified. To associate a site ID corresponding to your own system, use external references.

Site Label

Content: The label of the site entered by the user. For example: Taqt Company Headquarters.

Site Location

Content: If provided, this field sends the GPS location of the site associated with the tracker.

Slug

Content: The slug of the tracker is a unique identification number. For a connected object (IoT) or an Ubiqod Key, it corresponds to the serial number indicated on the device's label. For a QR code, the slug is used in the URL associated with the tracker.

Timestamp

Content: The date and time when the data was submitted by the user (format: 2022-04-15T06:44:19.472Z).

Tracker ID

Content: The unique identifier of a tracker, assigned by Ubiqod during tracker creation and cannot be modified.

Tracker Label

Content: The label of the tracker entered by the user. For example: Cleaning checkpoint QR code for floor 1.

Tracker Model

Possible Values: "SMILIO_A", "SMILIO_S", "SMILIO_E", "CLOCK_ST", "CLOCK_R", "CLOCK_S".

User Location

Content: If activated (and the user has authorized access to their position), this field returns the user's GPS position. For IoT devices, this value returns the site's location.
