Schedule a recurring report in View
The View mode in Ubiqod allows you to visualize tracker data. You can use it to review reports and lists such as:
- Staff check-in / check-out records
- Team visit times on site
- Service requests submitted by users
- User satisfaction ratings
If you want to receive these reports by email on a regular basis, you can use the scheduled export feature.
Schedule a report
- Open View, select your use case in the top bar and display the data you want to export.
- Apply the appropriate filters (for example by selecting sites, badge IDs, or specific statuses):
- Click Export in the top-right corner.
Select the columns to export
- Choose the columns you want to include in your export:
- Click Schedule export.
You can now configure the export:
- Name your export
- Choose the file format (CSV or Excel)
- Select the delivery frequency
- Enter the recipient email address
- Click Schedule export again to confirm.
Manage scheduled exports
You can find all scheduled exports in the View settings:
From the list of scheduled exports, you can:
- Send the report immediately by email (play button)
- Open the report used for the export
- Edit the scheduled export settings
- Duplicate an export
- Delete an export
When editing an export, you can modify its configuration and update the delivery settings.
