Where can I check the battery level of SafeQod (formerly Ubiqod Key)?

The battery level of your SafeQod (formerly Ubiqod Key) can be accessed in two ways:

Directly on the device

When the battery level becomes too low, a warning message automatically appears on the SafeQod (formerly Ubiqod Key) screen to indicate that it's time to replace the batteries.

Remotely via the platform

On the tracker page

  1. Log in to the Build interface of the platform
  2. Access the page of the relevant SafeQod (formerly Ubiqod Key)
  3. The battery level is displayed there:

This feature allows you to monitor your entire fleet remotely, without having to physically go to each device.

In the tracker list

In the trackers list, the column battery level is available. You should replace batteries when the level is set to Low.

Notes
Important: The displayed battery level corresponds to the one transmitted during the last valid QR code scan. To get up-to-date information, make sure a scan has been performed recently.
