How to Restart the Taqt One Device?
It may be necessary to restart your Taqt One terminal in certain cases:
- Configuration update (front panel change)
- Terminal disconnected
- Time synchronization
- Screen freeze
- Moving the terminal
To do this, place the magnetic badge on the right side of the device, at the upper part of the terminal, and move it back and forth vertically.
An LED in the top right corner will blink, and the screen will refresh. The terminal will restart while performing a connectivity test.
Refer to the Taqt One user manual to carry out the test and verify that the restart was successful.
