How to restart a TaqtOne device?

How to restart a TaqtOne device?

It may be necessary to restart a TaqtOne device in certain cases:

  • Configuration update (front panel change)
  • Devis shows as disconnected
  • Time synchronization
  • Screen frozen
  • Moving one device

To do this, place the magnet on the right side of the device, at the upper part of the device and move it back and forth vertically.


An LED in the top right corner will blink, and the screen will refresh. The device will restart while performing a connectivity test.

Refer to the TaqtOne user manual to carry out the test and verify that the restart was successful.
